About Rich in Travel
Rich in Travel is an independent travel advisory operating through InteleTravel UK Ltd, ABTA retail member P7384. Rich in Travel currently accepts enquiries from UK residents.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting the website form, receiving ideas or discussing an itinerary does not create a booking. Availability and prices can change until the relevant supplier confirms the services and payment is accepted. You should not make non-refundable arrangements in reliance on a proposal that has not been confirmed.
Your booking contract
Before payment, you will be told who the booking is with, the price, cancellation terms and the financial protection that applies. Your booking may be governed by InteleTravel's customer contract terms and the terms of the named travel supplier. Review all documents carefully before paying. Current InteleTravel customer terms are available at inteletravel.uk.
Financial protection
InteleTravel UK Ltd is an ABTA retail member, number P7384. Some flight-inclusive holidays are financially protected through licensed ATOL supplier partners, but ATOL protection does not apply to every travel service. We will explain the protection applying to the arrangements you are considering. If an arrangement is ATOL protected, an ATOL Certificate should be issued when payment is taken; if you do not receive a certificate, the booking is not ATOL protected.
Prices and website information
Website content is general inspiration rather than a live offer. We try to keep information accurate, but destination requirements, availability, prices, exchange rates and supplier conditions can change. Always check the final written proposal and official travel advice before booking and travelling.
Passports, visas, health and travel advice
You are responsible for checking passport validity, visas, entry rules, vaccinations, insurance and suitability for every traveller. Requirements can change. Use official sources such as the UK Government's foreign travel advice and tell us promptly about any relevant accessibility needs before booking.
Payments and sensitive information
This website does not take payments. Do not submit card details, passport copies or sensitive health information through the enquiry form or ordinary email. Payment instructions and secure document arrangements will be supplied as part of the formal booking process where applicable.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and amendment rights, charges and deadlines depend on the supplier and booking type. They will be set out in the applicable booking terms. Travel insurance should be considered from the point of booking.
Complaints
Please contact us promptly at hello@richintravel.co.uk so there is an opportunity to help. If the complaint concerns a confirmed booking, follow the complaints process in your confirmation documents. Eligible disputes involving an ABTA member may also have access to ABTA guidance or alternative dispute resolution.
Website use and external links
You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. Its branding, original copy and downloadable resources may not be republished commercially without permission. External links are provided for convenience; the destination organisation controls its own content and services.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Rich in Travel is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general website content, third-party websites, or events outside reasonable control. These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while your booking contract may specify additional terms and jurisdiction.
